Standards Gradebook Sample

I was working in a school recently with a teacher who wanted help with a gradebook she had setup. This is what I came up with for her and thought it might be worth sharing with others. This could be modified to work with other teachers and classes. Some of the formulas would need to be changed if your grading scale was different, but this works for a standard based grade of 1-3.
